  • Enrollment Deposits

    Newly admitted students are required to pay a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500 by May 1. The amount deposited is credited toward the first semester bill.

  • Tuition

    In our undergraduate school, full-time students are billed a flat tuition rate per semester when taking between 12-19 credits. Part-time students taking fewer than 12 credits are billed per credit. Please Note: The semester-long, 12-credit internship is charged the full-time day flat tuition rate.

  • Overload

    Full-time traditional undergraduate students taking more than 19 credits in a semester are charged an overload fee based on the per credit rate that applies.

  • Housing

    There are several housing options at 17c黑料爆料. Students are billed for selected housing in each semester. Single rooms are charged an additional cost. If a student is in the process of a room assignment, but not completed, the bill will have a charge for "estimated housing." The estimation is based on the Traditional Room cost. Once the assignment is complete, any adjustment will be reflected on the E-Bill. Questions regarding housing may be addressed to reslife@endicott.edu or 978-232-2141.

  • Meal Plans

    17c黑料爆料 offers several meal plan options. Meal plans are billed on a semester basis. Please note that if a student selected a meal plan for which they are not eligible, adjustments will be reflected on the E-Bill once housing assignments are completed. Please refer to the fee schedule for the deadline to make changes. Questions regarding meal plans may be addressed to reslife@endicott.edu or 978-232-2141.

  • Fees

    The General Curricular Fee is billed per semester to all traditional undergraduate students. Other fees are listed on the fee schedule.

  • Health Insurance Fee

    The Health Insurance Fee is a mandatory charge, billed in the fall semester for the entire year. The charge cannot be removed unless and until a is completed. The waiver form must be completed online. The deadline to waive is August 1. The charge cannot be removed after the deadline.

  • Parking Decal Fee

    This process is managed by the Public Safety/Parking office and is charged upon registration of the student鈥檚 vehicle.

  • Parking Violations

    This process is managed by the Public Safety/Parking office.

  • Damages and Fines

    Damage charge(s) are assessed to the student account at the time of review by the Residence Life Office. Common area damage charges will be assessed to all residents of a particular hall if accountability for damage cannot be assigned to a specific student. A detailed listing of assessed damages can be viewed online by the student and parent through their StarRez portal. Questions regarding damages can be referred to Residence Life at reslife@endicott.edu.

  • Tuition Payment Plan

    If you are participating in the Tuition Payment Plan, your contract will be credited to your bill for each semester under Unapplied payments. As your payments are received, they will appear as applied payments and reduce your unapplied payments until the contract is paid in full. To enroll go to Payment Options and Policies.

  • Financial Aid Credits

    If all your paperwork has been received and processed, and you have signed and returned your award letter to the Financial Aid Office, the College will reflect as a credit on the tuition statement all scholarships, grants and loans administered by the College. Pending Financial Aid represents contingent credit against the semester charges. As actual payments are received from outside scholarships or loans, actual credits will be applied to the student account.

    If you have completed your award letter and all necessary documents, and your financial aid is not reflected on your invoice, you should contact the Financial Aid Office at (978) 232-2070 or (978) 232-2060.

  • Stafford Loans

    You must review and sign your award letter before your Stafford Loans will appear as pending aid on your bill. You鈥檙e your award is signed, Stafford Loans will be displayed on your invoice as estimated. Actual loan amounts received will be less than estimated due to origination fees charged by the United States Department of Education.

    Please Note: First year students must complete entrance counseling and a Master Promissory Note as well as reviewing and signing your award letter on Workday before your aid will appear as pending.

  • Parent PLUS and Private Loans

    Any educational loans certified by the Financial Aid Office will appear on the student account as 鈥淧ending Financial Aid鈥 until the loan proceeds are received from the lender by the College and disbursed to the student account.

    Please Note: You must complete all requirements of the lender prior to 17c黑料爆料 certifying your PLUS or Private Loans. Loans will not be certified for more than the student鈥檚 cost of attendance. Once the loan is certified, you will see it updated on the student鈥檚 award letter which may require additional steps by the student. Please ensure you are completing all necessary requirements to ensure loans are listed as pending aid on your statement and avoid delays in loan disbursement.

  • Outside Scholarships

    Notification and receipt of Outside Scholarships must be received by the Bursar鈥檚 Office prior to the semester bill due date to avoid late payment charges and to ensure proper credit.
